Stash with AKS failing to deploy via Helm or Script

Deploying via script (most recent) into AKS withe the following results.
Here’s the output of the script:

A look at the K8S dashboard shows this error:
Readiness probe failed: HTTP probe failed with statuscode: 403

This error continues to occur every few minutes.

Any thoughts/special AKS instructions?

This is an AKS issue reported across our various projects. To solve this, disable readiness and liveness probes. See more here:

As an update, the error message is now:
Readiness probe failed: Get net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)

This is happening with this command:
helm install appscode/kubedb --name kubedb-operator --version 0.9.0 --namespace kube-system --set apiserver.healthcheck.enabled=false

helm install appscode/kubedb-catalog --name kubedb-catalog --version 0.9.0 --namespace kube-system --set apiserver.healthcheck.enabled=false

Fixed via (make healthz wide open)
